This review from 3 weeks ago ended up posted against another Starbucks outlet, so I'm correcting Ordering on the app in advance didn't work correctly (wouldn't allow me to personalise a latte) and when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't seem much bothered about it, suggesting instead that I didn't have the latest version of the app (the problem has actually arisen since I've installed the latest version!). Read moreGone down hill. Dirty sticky feel to area. Two tables both sides to me with stood dirty cups and things for at least 20 mins before some cleared stuff but crumbs still on tables. Cashier/server guy got a very loud overbearing voice. Coffee was nice but expensive. now. August 2025 visit : new staff = coffee absolutely horrible. Not risking nearly £4 again. Didn't say anything as we were in a rush and I really didn't want to spend one more minute there.
