Subway Greenford — Restaurant in London

I went in at around 10:20 PM today and instantly upon entering I was greeted by a wonderful staff member with a welcoming smile who was ready to take my order.

The staff member RJ, was very quick and efficient with my order. I usually don’t eat at subways but because of RJ I have become a regular. RJ is nothing but a pure legend.

If upper management read this, please give RJ a raise or bonus, he deserves it very much. Thank you subway.

Came in at 10, the shop supposedly closes at 10:30, but the worker refused to serve me, saying it’s closed and that they close at 10:00, i showed him that online it says it closes at 10:30, he realised his lie had failed and then claimed his boss told him to close early, i then asked if he can call his boss and he refused saying that’s impossible. don’t understand the need to lie or to close half an hour early. wont be returning to...

Usually it is great in there, but the man wearing the black shirt, i'm not sure of his name, was so moody, uninviting and just plain rude.
