The Restaurant Hub, Crayford — Restaurant in London

Visited today after play date nearby. Having looked at the restaurants franchise available we thought this would be a good idea. The place is spacious and clean with comfy seating. The menu was a let down. Very limited menu and expensive. Small GBK burger cost £7.95, no fries or drink. Harry Ramsdems cod bites and chips was the same price to. Ed breakfast £11.50 with no drink. By the time I purchased a coffee, apple juice and water our lunch for myself and 2 kids cost £36! Kids only 4 & 7 years old. Shocking. Food was served promptly, the breakfast was poor, egg far too overdone and mushrooms barely cooked! I didn’t make a fuss, everything else was fine. I won’t be returning again. Visited (5/11) today for a meal with my family for the 1st time, lovely service at the till but while waiting for my coffee saw a team member in kitchen scratch her backside in full view from the till… didn’t notice her wash her hands as she continued on her phone after and setting up food… on a 1st visit this isn’t a good thing, wasn’t going to order food because of this but saw a man in kitchen too so asked the woman at till if he could make our food… but then we waited nearly half an hour for our food which was only chicken? not a great visit and will not be visiting this place again. Came for Breakfast with Husband and can honestly say I will not be having an Ed's diner for Breakfast in crayford sainsburys ever again, it was cold as if everything had previously been cooked and just sat there. Bacon was really hard and burnt, egg was Black underneath like it had been cooked in a dirty pan. Cold Toast and but no butter. The service was good from the young lady waitress.

I'm not 1 to leave a review but if I can save someone else from waisting their money, then I'll feel better for having my moan. Bring back...
