Spice Fusion — Restaurant in London

We ordered a delivery at 6.30 in the evening for 6 people (£105 worth of food). Scheduled to arrive at 7.25pm. At 7.40 I called to ask where it was. I was told it would be 15 minutes and the phone was put down on me. At 8pm I called and was told it would be 15 minutes. At 8.20 I called again and I was told it was in the car. The food arrived 10 mins later - an hour late.

The 2 chicken tikka meals were stone cold, we were missing a nan bread and ended up with a strange salmon curry dish which wasn’t ordered. Trust me the random selection of food we ended up with was not good. Lots of fat, strange colours and and poor...

Unfortunately I’m not happy with the food nor am I happy with how long the food took to arrive after I had ordered it. On the uber eats app the time frame is 45 mins and the food took double the time to arrive. I had to call to find out where the food was as there’s no way to track it because they use their own drivers. Two of the dishes we ordered (chicken korma and chicken tikka masala) were incredibly sweet and sickly to the point I couldn’t even eat it. 2nd review this restaurant but this tym i gonna give -1 star if i could call the restaurant place order who guy attend the call so rude he dont know how to take order and how to talk on phone wid customer i was place the order nd he keep saying ok bye we r busy but i m nt finish yet i was add some more items in my order and he was like bye bye and hang phone on me we r busy if u busy put off phone why u taking orders then if take order you should ask anything else to add or but very disappointed.
