Very friendly. Lots of choice. Beautiful surroundings. Places to explore. Varied bird life. Always a warm welcome at the tea hut. A good variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. I have walked to the tea hut regularly over the last three years. Parents with children, dog walkers, others, some I have seen often, regulars as well. Something about the warm atmosphere, the pleasing surroundings, perhaps, but everyone I have met are friendly and warm. Joggers too, cyclists, all polite and respectful. The surroundings are also great for my hobby, amature photography. As a long term sufferer of depression, the tea hut and the place's to walk past, the many large ponds harbouring a good variety of bird life, has been a life saver for me. Read moreI never knew this little gem of a cafe existed. Me & my friend stumbled accross this cafe on a long walk thru the forest today. We was greeted by lovely girls.. where we had a lovely home made sandwich which may I add had so much filling inside (great touch)! I can’t believe they also had bread pudding, reminds me of my youth & my late nan so brought back great memories. They also done a chai latte which I couldn’t believe, they literally had everything here and I’ll definitely be visiting again as for a cafe in the forest it was so reasonably priced & didn’t rip us off!
