Worst customer service ever , rude staff they can’t be more care less about guests.when you entering the shop customer must greet them other wise they won’t say any word, all staff are speaking their own language very loud (Indian )with out understanding the customer are hearing them and it’s not professional . Bacon sandwich was super greasy and not edible. When I raised complain shop manager , her name was (Namita) if I m not mistaken encounter me no Sence of urgency what so ever , I guess she has language barrier,any way she said that’s Wenzel instruction she followed and this is it take it or leave it . I m this brunch customer long enough to know how my sandwich supposed to be . And this shop was running much better before . It s horrifying how she and her coworker deal with small complain . I really didn't want to leave a bad review because this used to be my favourite wenzels but on the last four consecutive visits, I have left there with wrong items in my bag or missing items. I asked for 2 vanilla whoopies today and when I checked the bags when I got home, I was given 2 vanilla cupcakes instead. I was given a cheese baguette instead of a chicken one on my last visit. The girls always look like they dont understand what your asking for so I always pull my mask down and repeat my order but they still get it wrong. Please advise your staff that if they can't understand what a customer wants, they should ask the customer to repeat their order until they do. I've stopped shopping at this Wenzels even though it's a 5 minute walk from my house. The customer service in this shop is awful. The girls have such an attitude problem and if asked to make something, I have been just told, we haven't got that, or the look they give you is so unprofessional and dont get me started on the amount of times I've been given the wrong items in my bag! There was a woman who worked there last year who was amazing called Mel, I think you need to ask her to come back and train these girls how to do customer service properly! It's not been the same since she left. I go to the Greenford or west ealing branches now. I avoid this one...
