DISGUSTING!!!! WE FOUND HAIRS!!!!!! 🤢 My sister, mum and I went to get food there. First of all, the plates looked like they had not been washed in AGES, like they just rinsed it with water, no scrub no dish soap, NOTHING. There were obvious fingerprints and stains on the plates and cups. The food came extremely late and the staff were ignoring us when we wanted something. We had to remind them to bring our rice after 10 minutes. We found 2 hairs in the rice and we were all shocked. EW!!!🤢 We carried on eating then I saw a hair in my butter chicken again. I was absolutely DISGUSTED and we went to show them but they denied it. I even showed them the tissue the hairs were in but they were denying it, what an unprofessional and childish service. How is your hygiene rating . Impossible. They didn't even deny it, just straight up arguing with us so we said we don't want to pay for something that had a HAIR in it. At this point if we found a hair in the bread we wouldn't be surprised. They kept on denying it and the woman was giving us dirty looks also, how dare YOU after the customer service you gave us? I have read the reviews, your responses show how unprofessional response you give, and you are being so impolite and rude and denying everything just shows your guilty. They would touch everything with their hands, the plate, the tip of the fork where you put your mouth in. And no spoons provided. The pictures look NOTHING like the actual food. Don't reply to this with some silly childish response we know you're going to deny it. I wouldn't even consider it a restaurant. Would give this a 0 if possible. You will probably reply saying oh why did you eat all of it, we are still hungry and are currently making dinner right now, we paid for it we might aswell eat the rest.

EDIT: Replying to your CHILDISH and immature response; as IF we would ever want to come back to your disgusting and unsanitary 'restaurant', if you can even call it that. Stop faking your food hygiene rating and get a real...

WORST PLACE AND POOR SERVICE! If I could give negative points I would. The food is unhealthy, the ratio of oil to food is imbalanced. I told them that we are ordering for people with health conditions and requested not to put too much oil. Spent and paid higher delivery fee as we wanted authentic food. The food arrived with oil swimming on top of the tubs and they went out of their way to put extra oil on naan and roti. When I rang to complain that how they can mess around with people’s health like this, they said sorry that’s just how we cook. Complete disregard to our request or to send food again despite knowing we won’t be using the food they sent. I will be contacting FSA to report them as their guidelines require every food delivery provider to meet dietary restrictions.

The shameful reply below from the owner basically explains it all. Shows the integrity and respect for your customers who pay your bills to keep your business. It’s embarrassing that you would say don’t order out when the FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY requires all food delivery places to meet dietary requirements and if they can’t , they must say. Saying to customers with dietary restrictions that they should boil vegetables and eat at home is awful and shows you have 0 respect for your anyone but making money. If I had left a good review, you’d have said thank you not that I should boil vegetables at home- very insensitive!! Maybe if you stopped making tik toks giving attitude with your staff, you’ll concentrate better on customer service and realises the images of the boxes are not half empty. The food wasn’t even worth giving to a homeless as we care enough not to harm...

Decided to go in here after walking past it for years and typically there is always customers eating.

Walked in with my other half and was greeted and advised I can pick where ever I wanted. After you sitting down you notice the restaurant is in poor shape and only looks good from the outside looking in. Everything is cheap, poor quality and worn out. The seats very worn. Menus are dirty and greasy. Please as a while needs a paint job and deep clean.

Took a around 10 minutes to be served and restaurant wasn't even busy. Waiters kept walking past us and ignoring us.

Eventually ordered. Starter - lamb chops, poppadom and chutney Main course - Lamb Bhuna, Lamb Korma, mushroom rice and pishwari naan. Drinks: Mango lassi.

Received poppadom in a few mins from ordering with the chutney in a bottle. Not good. Told that lamb chops would be 30 minutes. I wss very hungry but waited patiently to be given a lamb chops on sizzling pan with a base of white onion which was nice. The lambs were dry and definitely not worth the wait.

Given two glasses but no water on table through the whole meal.

Mains came 20 minutes after we finished the starters.

Both Bhuna and Korma average. Mushroom rice over cooked. Pishwari naan OK. I was so hungry at this stage that I forgot to take pictures of the mains.

Mango lassi came room temperature.

Would I eat here again? Bad service and not worth the money or time.

They even...

A fantastic place to eat and as many locals do, have a takeaway. The restaurant is hygienic, clean and transparent in where and how they cook. The food is delicious, we will return with friends and order takeaways. So good. Having returned i can repeat that the food is so good. In fact excellent! What could improve? Just a few more smiles from the team and thay would be it. A little more attentive service, so waiting between courses and at the end isnt so long Attention in organising the team so telephine orders are not completed to the detriment of diners is very important. Whilst having delivery drivers is something that is normal business nowadays. Yhe srivers going in and out of the restart does takeaway (no pun intended) from the dining experience. Another option needs to be found that allows both to take place without detracting from either experience

Ordered 4 items will review one by one. Dhal makhani - instead of dal they sent me urad dal which was awful, tasted like some madrasi curry. Paneer tikka - just a paneer without any flavour. Fish tikka - the meat was raw and couldn't chew, it was a stale fish. Roti - the only thing which was good for a £1.50. I feel sorry for the restaurant, we have been here before and their food was good but this time I regret ordering from them. Maybe they want to impress goreh customers thus they changed the flavours and recipe acc to them but please don't risk your money if you want to taste real punjabi food.
