Very rude lady with dark hair at the till on Sunday morning 20th October in Burnt Oak.Someone needs to teach her some manners.I came to the shop, and while standing on the side looking for something and not being even in the queue this lady started shouting at me “Can I help?” Obviously because I wasn’t in the queue I didn’t thought she is talking to me.When I went to the till, she started calling me rude and why I don’t reply when she is calling me? I was shocked! I haven’t said a word to you and you’re humiliating me in the shop and calling me rude?Disgusting! I will never visit this shop again!Wenzell needs to train their employees and teach them...

Poor hygiene.

Ever wonder why your coffee or tea is sour here? Sadly it’s the sweat of the guys working behind the counter. Disgusting… They wipe sweat of their forehead and face with their bare hand, continuously touch their hair and then close the lid of your coffee cup with the same hand. Take a sanitiser and tissue if you are having your coffee here. 0 stars for their hygiene. 1 star just because there is only one staff (with scarf) I found hygienic and helpful. I met the most unpleasant and rude your sales woman today 10/08/2024 at around 5pm at your Burnt Oak branch, she started shouted at me as soon as I got in as I was not aware the shop had closed, I apologised to her that I was not aware that the shop was closed, I told her that is not the way you should speak to people you have a very bad customer service as her respond was don't tell me that I have already finished my shift.
