Staff need to work on their communication with customers and each other. I was ignored for 10mins before being served, the server took my click and collect number and walked off with no other communication. I was eventually told my click and collect order wasnt on the system when I could see it on the screen waiting to be packed. I then waited a further 15mins for my order which had been packed by one member of staff and mis-labled by another. I had to remind them I had ordered drinks and then to top it all off when I got home we realised our 'dipping' feast didnt have any dips! I understand that staff were busy but that's no excuse for poor service and communication. At least 2 uber eats/ just eat drivers left without their orders after complaining to staff they had been waiting 45 mins and being ignored by said staff. Only saving grace was that the food was good when we eventually got to eat it.
