Subway — Restaurant in Madeley

I visited this subway today and was greeted by a staff member who was not wearing a hair net and did not want to be there by the looks of it. I did not get her name but she looked early 20’s and with red hair - she told me I couldn’t have this and couldn’t have that and made it extremely difficult for me to order and in my head I was stressing. As you can imagine, with the cost of living at the moment, everyone is choosing to spend their money wisely and I felt like I was pressured into ordering. She also didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and the presentation was awful; did not cut the foot long into 2 and overall I had a really poor experience. I will never go this subway again, which is unfortunate as one individual has ruined it...

Went here today around 14.50 a couple of lads waiting to be served in front of me. Became apparent they were very busy, people lined up near till, just eat etc waiting to collect orders. Asked for a footlong and 6 inch cheese steak on some bread, girl obviously under pressure or new got it completely wrong with half the ingredients missing, other guy working was clearly more experienced but struggling on his own, he was apologetic and explained they only had 2 staff on. How do you the franchise owner or management allow this to happen? I waited about 40 minutes in the end. More annoyed you carry on taking on just eat etc if short...

Stood in the queue for around 15 minutes as miserable looking servers wandered back and forth past three of us lined up…I presume preparing orders for delivery, which seems to be their priority. No one looked at us, no one said “be with you in a mo”

After the appalling wait another woman appeared from the back. Now if the other staff where aware there were customers in the shop they could have pointed the woman to those of us that had been stood there for 15mins. But no, the old woman went and served the two people who had literally just walked in.
