Food and coffee typical costa standard. Let down by the staff. We were in the hotel next door for two days and intended to breakfast there. 1st day we arrived 20mins after advertised opening and they were only just getting ready so we ended up in the McDonald's as did two other customers (costa apened about 15 to 20 minutes later, so at leat 40 mons after stated ) Following day we arrived 15.minutes after opening, waited couple. Of minutes, girl removed the board at entrance, then was off hand when we asked if it was OK to go in, then we still had to wait for the counter staff to get ready. OK food. And drink but could really do with getting...

If I want proper flat white - I will NOT GO to Costa as they're "Costa standard" flat white can be great only 4 or 5 times out of 10...other times is just coffee tasting cup of hot milk. (drive trough Costa outlet at this place only rushed to ignore my raised question with "this is Costa standard"...I am coffee enthusiast and do keep coffee makers at home so know how it is dead easy to make proper flat...

Obviously more expensive than a standard Costa. A good stock of food items available including a couple of vegan options - I didn't get food but did notice it.
