Costa Coffee Roadchef Strensham Northbound — Restaurant in Malvern Hills

Don't bother using the Costa coffee machines as they are poorly maintained and ran out of milk after one drink and I'd paid for three. I asked the staff at the Costa coffee bar if they could just top my drinks up with hot milk but they refused, saying the machines were nothing to do with them. You'd think in the interests of good customer service they would have obliged but obviously they absolutely do not care about customer satisfaction. Abrupt and brash service. Requested a large but told abruptly that they did a medium. Received my drink and when questioned whether it was a medium i was rudely told that it was a medium serve as it was up to the line on the cup and in fact slightly over the line so they had given me too much. We stopped at the Costa in Strensham Services for a mid-morning break. We were very pleased with the service we received here and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful

This Costa has 2 self-service screens (which we had never seen at a Costa before) as well as the usual counter service.

We were served quickly and our drinks were hot and to the usual Costa standard.
