Staff were really lovely, and the range of food on offer was so great, I had to buy and taste a few different things as it all looked so good! Sadly, the price for me was a little too much for the quality. For instance, the cornish pasty I had really did not have much meat in it. Apart from this, I really enjoyed the rest of the food, and I know what I will get when I am there next.

Staff were really lovely, and the range of food on offer was so great, I had to buy and taste a few different things as it all looked so good! Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. Asked for a plate with my purchase, to be told, "we don't do plates, we're closing at four'o'clock", this was at 1530hrs. Half of the tables were blocked off by strategically placed chairs, blocking a woman in to eat her food. Customers who arrived after me were told in no uncertain terms of their closing time. "I want to go home, we close at four!" The most unwelcoming and discourteous service I've ever experienced. The Cornish Bakery need to send a 'mystery customer' to view where the company money is being 'invested in staff'. Will not use this facility again. Disgraceful staff, and very poor coffee....the traditional pasty was no better...binned! Would appreciate any company representative to contact me for further...

I'm leaving this review as we had GREAT service here - M5 Northbound. The young man was very welcoming, friendly and polite- it made a huge difference to the bigger chains in these places where you are just another face passing through. I wish I'd got his name (Sat Feb 1st 2025 about 10 AM ) Coffee was great and served in a cup and saucer 👌 Tables and eating area very...
