If I could rate this pub 0 stars I would! Came here for what we were hoping was going to be a nice pub meal. We read good reviews on Google so we were hoping for a fab experience. But we were wrong. ||I ordered the Gammon and my partner ordered the steak and ale pie. The waitress came out 15 minutes later only to tell us that there was no gammon left. I didn't really like the look of anything else of the menu but settled for the sausage and bean casserole. We sat at our table starving for 1 hour 15 minutes for our food! There were tables arriving after us who got their food before us. So we were not happy! ||We eventually walked out! We didn't like to do this but it was a complete waist of our time.||When speaking to the bar manager his excuse was "oh there was a table of 10 so the kitchen staff are busy tonight". The table of 10 were sat opposite us and already eating when we arrived so they cannot use this as an excuse! We explained to him that he should of told us the wait on food when we arrived. He then said "oh I didn't serve you so I didn't know". He is the restaurant manager he should represent everyone instead of blaming his staff. His staff all look way to young to work here.||I got the impression that the restaurant was quite racist. My partner is South African so the staff could see /hear he wasn't from the UK. I think they purposely made us wait a long time because they could tell that we weren't from around the area. ||If you want to be sat here hungry for over an hour then this is the...

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. It was in a separate block behind the pub so it was nice and quiet. The full English breakfast was cooked to order and was of good quality. A vegetarian option was also available. The waitress was helpful and friendly.||My only slight reservations were we visited during a mini heatwave and there was no a/c or fan. Being on the ground floor, we didn't want to open the windows. The bathroom didn't have much surface space for cosmetics or shaving equipment but there was an under-basin cupboard. The shower was over the bath and slippery to climb out of. Although directly off the bath taps, it was very powerful and hot water was plentiful.||We didn't arrive until 1930 on a Sunday, by which time food had stopped being served but, having anticipated this, we took a pre-prepared salad, which we enjoyed sitting at a table just outside the accommodation block.||The Inn was situated a 20 minute walk from the town centre but we decided to drive because it would have been a very steep climb back up. There is free parking at the swimming pool, about a 7 minute walk from the centre.||All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would return, should we find ourselves in that area again. ||NB If you book on line directly with the Inn, breakfast is included...

We were recommended The Fountain by the owner of the B&B we were staying at in Tenbury Wells, and we were not disappointed! It was very busy - luckily there were some outdoor tables available (as we hadn’t booked). The staff were lovely and the food was to die for! Good prices, large portions and so tasty. We ordered the pie of the day and the Cajun chicken burger and both were fantastic. We will definitely return if we’re back in the area again. Thank you 😊

Absolutely outstanding food here. Staying here in the area for a few days and came across this gorgoeus building. Staff are really nice and friendly. Walked in found a table straight away on a Friday night. Myself and my partner had a lovley meal and a drink. Food was very very nice. I had a Lasange and my partner had a BBQ chicken melt and shared a flat bread of Cheesy Garlic Bread. Yummy.
