I would give 5*but the blond waitress with long hair-dressed all in cream colour?!She needs to change her job.She ignored us (she noticed we were foreigners)when she handed us drinks. I thanked she didn't say a word, just turned around with a miserable face.As soon as"locals" appeared, she greeted them with a smile,tapping their shoulders-even drinking with them.Only one person came at that time, and we were first,then the other four came..she served all the people except us.Then her colleague noticed after15min so she quickly tried to save the situation. Well,what can I say?We were not welcome.I had a friend from Prague with me,so he found it rude.They would never do it to British people in Prague .You can't buy intelligence. Good pub but I can totally agree with a recent review we were there same day for Sam fender concert , me and my son were about to enter and some little vile faced dyed blond hair women with a po-face started to have a go at my son because he was carrying a red bull can , she said you carnt bring that in here in a really rude manner then proceeded to say something else to him , I then said hey calm yourself down what’s up with ya , she then said you run a pub , really abrupt, no need just be polite , it’s people like her running pubs is the reason so many are shutting , customers are your lifeline love sort your attitude out , we came for a nice day it was an empty can of red bull he was drinking from the car , he was holding it till he found a bin . Have a lovely beer garden shame I can’t say the same about the horrible woman who was on the door. She seemed to have something against us as we are a younger group, had a sour face didn’t even say hello instead asked if I was smuggling drink in then asked another member of our party to throw away a bottle of water which we had no issue with and then when they went to throw it away this woman on the door started saying we’re a business we don’t tolerate this, none of our party had done anything wrong. I also asked if they were serving food to which the staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. The place made us all feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome when we were paying customers.
