Really really sorry to have to complain publicly but it’s not the first time or the 2nd etc . I’m really sorry Ged but seriously nothing worst than complaining and I especially hate complaining about McDonald’s… Sorry I would’ve complained via the phone but it was just constantly ringing out or engaged therefore I’m sure I wasn’t the only complaint …When you’re preparing orders for delivery . Please make sure sauces and serviettes are given too. 20 chicken nuggets no sauces. The fact that other sauces were paid for as well and they were not included either. The chicken nuggets were varied in quality some were definitely out of time and the rest barely warm . It isn’t anyone’s fault other than the manager who clearly isn’t managing. It’s so frustrating that there are so many slack lazy managers still employed. There are procedures for reasons . I never get a delivery but my daughter insisted. If you don’t care just leave . If you can’t do your job get retrained . Every time there is always a problem. I’m sorry short of staff this that all excuses. Pull your finger out of your backside and do your job . It’s not uber eats fault or anyone else’s . 10 minutes away . Now if the delivery driver had Travelled an hour then I’d understand the barely warm food the fries were hot though therefore the fries were hot but the chicken nuggets were actually cold some were lukewarm. The food if all within their holding times etc would actually result in hot fries then definitely hot chicken nuggets that shows you how quick the driver delivered because the fries would be cold . Clearly not busy enough to have fresh nuggets therefore that is just a reflection of bad management quality checks ???? . but that still doesn’t explain the fact there are no frigging sauces etc. Frustrating is an understatement. Read moreOn the decline for ages but finally decided I won't be coming back... Colchester High Street today 17:30 or so... .So much for fast food... 17 minutes for my order. The deliveroo drivers pushing in blocking the counter harassing the McDonald's team not a word of English or any manners... Your staff intimidated and prioritising their orders while the whole restaurant looks around in anger huffing and puffing as they wait. Drivers picking their nose and eating it in the queue. Picking up 3 or 4 orders a piece forcing the McDonald's staff to prioritise their orders as they distract them and grunt at them showing mobile screens of order numbers....
Why do you have no control over these delivery drivers or their behaviour? Why are you making your visitng customers wait silly times to please delivery orders, why can't they collect these elsewhere? Why are you allowing deliveroo to do 3+ orders a time, your customers food is going to be cold and soggy! Why allow the drivers to pick up food in tatty old m and s cool bags (they sell in marks for £3! As for the state of some of their hygiene. Wow. Do you not feed this back to deliveroo etc? It's clear they are sharing their accounts or running multiple ones.
Unfortunately it's your brand which looks bad and is getting worse because of it.

Read moreFor starters, when I ordered my food at the kiosk I did not get my receipt and I also could not check my order as the screen at the top of the collection bay was broken. When my food eventually came, the burgers were stone cold and I was missing my cheese share box. I then asked for my food to be replaced to which they took my bag and said they won’t be long. I THEN ended up waiting 35 minutes without no update. I then took upon it myself to ask again where to my order was, to which they responded they will make it now. I then waited an additional 15 minutes, and out of lack of confidence I checked my order to find my McCrispy and Spicy burgers missing and 2 medium fries missing. I couldn’t believe how the staff handled this situation, staring at me as if I were lying and gave me such dirty looks when I asked for my receipt, nobody was trained on the tills and their manager was no where in sight for the whole 30 minutes when many customers were asking for him when he finally arrived he seemed so clueless that things were out of stock and that machines weren’t working. Everyone running around with no structure, screaming and laughing, not serving customers, the floor was an absolute mess this whole experience...
