Strawberry Duck — Restaurant in Manchester

My sister and I discovered The Strawberry Duck through a friend Gail Spellman. You are the best pub we could ever imagine, Vanessa and Andy are brilliant, they organise lots of functions, do lots for charity. We love it ,although we live the other side of Manchester, in Northenden we make the journey once a week to do line dancing. We come on the last Thursday of the month to the Recycled Teenagers where we get a meal , karaoke, sing songs all for £3.00. Fabulous. I wish we had something closer to home like it but we don’t, but it doesn’t matter because we would still enjoy ourselves at the Strawberry Duck in Clayton. Well done Vanessa...

Fantastic local pub with the best staff and landlord and landlady 😊 Put on a fantastic spread if requested when booking a party. They throw parties for for the kids throughout the year that includes good food and great entertainment. Perfect place for a cold pint on a sunny day with their canalside outdoor garden. Always got something going on whether it be karaoke night, quiz night or an entertainer. Relaxed during the daytime, unless its their monthly recycled teenagers party, which is aimed at people over 50 I believe and looks so much fun! They are the best pub around here in...

5 Star Landlord and Landlady who are surrounded by 5 Star Staff. Nothings too much trouble for them.

I may be a little biased about the Duck but I've never been anywhere else that has so many outstanding talented Kareoke singers. (All regulars)

Andy John's one-man shows are legendary.

And the silky voiced Chris Heywood our Master of Ceremonies at the Monthly Recycled Teenagers Luncheon must be mentioned..he seems to remember everyone by name and their favourite songs.
