Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

I visited today with my wife around 11am and was extremely disappointed to receive the service that e did. Trina is the reason why I am disappoited with the service we received. She was very dis-respectful towards us. When it was my turn she started serving us then left us is the middle and went to do something else more than once and there was no mention of the "sorry" to keep you. Instead she she pretended as if nothing has happened. She asked for £1.50 to be paid as a balance but when I asked how much she changed to £1.15. I heard her complaining to her colleague about me right in my face. Needless to say she had very unpleasant expressions on here face.

Whe I was leaving I asked another staff about her name as she was busy serving someone else. Then she followed me to the car park as if I have stollen something.

All in all this was a very unpleasant experience one which I was not expecting as I was there to relax with my wife.

I hope treating us like this is nothing to do with how we look.

As a barista who works at Costa herself, I drive through this Costa quite often but today the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. I came around 6/6:15ish today evening and while taking the order she was completely rude but my partner and I brushed it off. 2 drinks were ordered, a large latte a small cappuccino and 2 desserts. As we reached the window there was no acknowledgement of us, we payed and the large latte was made well but she handed me a small cappuccino which I knew there was something wrong as it was so heavy. She was quick to dismiss us and said bye but she forgot our desserts, so we reminded her and she went to get it. While she left to get it I took the lid off and my small cappuccino instead was the wettest latte ever filled to the brim dropped all over me and my partner. If I wasn't someone who worked at Costa I would've probably thought that was a cappuccino and drank it. Absolutely terrible service from this lady, and also the desserts were so dry, they need to be thrown away when they pass their day dots, not kept and served to customers rock hard....

Absolutely appalled at the service, went in and spent £20 with my girlfriend as a nice lunch before work. First of all my frapee was forgot about causing a 5 minute delay, which I did not mind. However after taking a seat outside on the benches some cream was spilt on the table from one of the drinks. After then moving inside due to it being cold, we was then approached by one of the members of staff with tissue roll and disinfectant spray and told to go outside and clean the cream off the table. After we questioned why we was asked to leave the shop and been told we were acting like children and was banned for appealing to oppose the member of staffs decision. Then after walking off my partner was not happy and proceeded to speak to the manager. The manager handled this well although there was no compensation towards the disrespect we felt due to us being apart of the younger generation. Overall not happy will not...
