So so grateful to have this lovely cafe on our doorstep. We're not particularly big coffee drinkers as a family, but this is our go-to place whenever we have a craving for coffee or just want somewhere to chill out for a bit. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and the staff are really friendly and evidently very experienced with their craft - I don't think I've ever had a coffee I wasn't pleased with! Plus, the pastries and toasties are wonderful - we usually always buy one of the brownies which are wonderfully soft and gooey on the inside, and the toasties are nicely warmed up for you before being served :) A special shout-out to Gina who served us on our most recent visit in August - apologies for writing this so late Gina, but thank you so much, you were so friendly and the coffees and hot chocolate were really delicious!

What a lovely cafe. The owner was chatty and charming. The coffee was prepared with care, using an awesome setup: La Marzocco Linea Classic espresso machine and Vittoria Arduino grinder. I sat in comfort, relaxing and appreciating the finer things in life with each sip of my flat white. Something we forget about coffee shops, and catering venues in general, they are providers of happiness.

A lovely, local coffee shop that does the most AMAZING white hot chocolate! If you've tried the Costa one, then you must try this as it completely blows it away. Amazing pastries and the most friendly staff too. Really enjoy coming here for a takeaway (or eat in now)

I went in there for my regular Friday afternoon treat with my Granddaughter, and I was met with rudeness from the Manager, (Simone) who spoke me like I was something off the bottom of my shoe! All this was over the fact I queried a price. There were no management skills and her reply was. ā€œI am not arguing with you, the price is the priceā€ and ā€œI havenā€™t got the time to be dealing with me AND I havenā€™t got the patience for thisā€ The list could go on, but I havenā€™t got the time šŸ˜œ! Overall, I am now barred from the premises by this so called manager! update I forgot to mention that I have been a customer for a good 18 months and never had a problem. Me personally, I was never aggressive towards the staff I was just simply questioning the price that I have always paid for last 18month - Ā£1.50 for a babychino. Like it advertises on the menu - in the shop, and online via the website. I was charged Ā£3.75 which is a...

Love it! Went earlier today after waiting 30 mins for the post office and had a latte and my wife had a hot chocolate for the walk home. Excellent quality drinks and the cakes were lovely too. Brilliant addition to Bentley Heath šŸ‘

Edit... 2 years later. Afraid its really going downhill. Food and drink are still nice but cleanliness is poor, general feel is not great and not sure how long it'll last now. Sad because its still a great addition to BH.
