Really nice cafe. Came here to have a breakfast with my laptop and get some work done. The staff were friendly, the food arrived promptly and was hot and tasty. I went for the belly buster breakfast with a pot of tea. Staff asked if I had any allergies which was appreciated and the staff can be seen in the open kitchen preparing and wearing hairnets etc. After enjoying my breakfast and working for a while I decided to have another cup of tea in the lovely garden to the rear. Only slight downside was the key to the toilet wasn't available when I asked and when I was in the garden I didn't want to leave my laptop to ask at a later point. Really great experience though, thank you.

Got food poisoning from sausages. Luckily my son didn’t want to eat them so it was just me suffering. Absolute nightmare for 2 days. I asked for flat white twice, got instant coffee instead. Breakfast missing hash brown, loads of tables covered in crumbs. Table next to us was smoking weed outside? Won’t be coming back, honestly can’t believe it has such a good reviews

Great little cafe near Marston Green Station. Popped in here on the way to do shopping with my mom. Good choice of sandwiches and breakfasts. We both had the small breakfasts which we really enjoyed. Great value. Would highly recommend this cafe.

The staff at this lovely little cafe are amazing! There was an unfortunate and very sad incident at the nearby train station today and everybody had to get off the train. A staff member (owner?) of this cafe very kindly came over to everyone and said that we were welcome to come and sit in their garden whilst we waited and the staff even came round and gave people bottles of water for free and distributed Delay Repay leaflets from the train station.

They were kindness itself. I hadn't had anything to eat so I did actually buy some food and drink and the rear garden was amazing, a lovely friendly place with tables and parasols, quiet and peaceful.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness you showed to us all today, you're all amazing and showed real humanity and compassion to total strangers after an upsetting incident, all without any thought of profit or gain for themselves. You're all heroes, thank you so much!

If I am ever in Marston Green again I will definitely be back, this is a lovely well-run old-fashioned business which obviously...

The concept seemed wonderful - before starting work I decided I like to eat two fried eggs I asked for fried eggs and was served towo eggs fried in oil The bread was with cheap artificial margerine I owned a similar establishment as the experience was horrible The owners should be aware that not all of us British in our country did not cross the Chanel in a boat or are all homeless I asked for butter for the eggs and butter for the bread and it was refused with some stupid excuse they they could not fry eggs in butter It was a very disappointing experience with below average cooking and cooks A prison kitchen produces better level of food As a manager I like my breakfast properly cooked and served and not eggs fried in cheap oil and cheapest margarine The customer has his own preferences and if the owners cannot cater then they...
