Burger King — Restaurant in Mid Suffolk

I feel really sorry for the staff responsible for this neglected and dilapidated BK. Where to start. Ended up going round the roundabout twice because the signage was incomplete. When we pulled up we were not sure if it was even open. It looked dim inside and the BK sign outside the building was falling off. My wife just wanted a coke. But they had run out! Who runs out of coke?! I just wanted to use the rest room. Two cubicles for the men. One out of order. The other barely ‘in order’ with a nice surprise waiting for me to try and deal with before I did what I needed to do. Graffiti and offensive engravings all over the cubicle walls, a tap handle missing and a hand dryer that seemed to be working on 25% power. Before I start, the 1 star isn’t about the food as I’ve always thought bk burgers are nicer than mc Donald’s. This bk however is in need of a massive overhaul seating is a whole three tables inside with no outside seating all three tables were covered in salt the outside of the building looks extremely old, so much so I thought the place was derelict going inside we were greeted by so many flys everywhere with no sign of any fly trap devices, the staff looked and sounded miserable and the uniform looked washed out. the menu was missing so many of the meals advertised on tv and no ice cream deserts were available the service was quick and the food received was as expected. Overall I’m disappointed with this venue and it seems that bk as a whole is becoming old and rundown and I can see the chain heading the same way that wimpy did limiting choice even more to the giant that...

This place is disgusting! We stopped as needed to eat something, but regret we did. The dining area clearly hadn’t been swept at least that day. The tables were strewn with rubbish and half eaten food, and had not been cleaned for what seemed like weeks. Fortunately we had some wipes with us and cleaned the tables before we sat down, and the wipes came off black with filth! The toilets are another disgrace. The gents stunk of stale urine. The drain filters/fresheners had been removed from the urinals and dumped on the floor under the hand dryer. Also simple things like toilet paper were absent. The accessible/baby change facilities were equally vile. There was an infestation of flies, clearly originating from the sanitary/nappy bins.
