stone cold chips also ordered jalapeno creme,cheese But was given Processed Cheddar cheese version instead and there was 2 hairs in with my burger Phoned them up they said they would call me back and send someone round they did not so i had to go back with the food myself Where they examined all the food like i was a liar or something ,I explained to them that if someone was to order the creme cheese jalapeno and receive a different cheese product instead if that person had allergens or intolerance's it would not end well they didn't seem to understand my frustrations or the impact they could cause someone,i then asked for a refund i spent £14.50 £16 including the delivery charges etc or £20 if you include the tip i gave to the driver was then offered £10 not the full amount when i said its more than that they told me that ordering thru the site takes %25 from them so thats what they would give me but i paid in cash so surly they just keep the cash it took me further explaining of several mins to finally get my money and what felt like a very reluctant sorry (i was calm and softly spoken with no anger) customer service was so bad as someone who works within a food based business myself it is so important to make sure things are correct when it comes to food and or allergens! and if a customer has a complaint to treat it with respect as long as they treat you and the employees with that same respect i felt that most of my words fell upon deaf ears i would Highly recommend to search out your options for food...

Such a shame. Has great potential with being open throughout the day and serving fish and chips, however the quality of food is terrible, sadly.

Ordered fish and chips. The fish, despite being freshly cooked for my order was way too greasy and rubbery. The chips were the biggest disappointment. Small portion and really bad. They were stale, old, poorly cooked, poor quality. I’d say it’s the worst portion of chips I’ve had (and my standards aren’t unreasonable).

My advise to the owners: if you’re going to be open throughout the day, make sure you have the right level of staff throughout. Take pride of your restaurant - make it feel warm and appealing (lights were off, it was cold inside, pictures, menu and decor were all dated and need of updating). Most importantly, take pride in serving quality food, rather than cutting corners.

First experience, really wanted to like this place but will not be...

This is my favourite chip shop in Milton Keynes. I've collected takeaway orders when I can, as parking is easy, with the shop right next to the road. Delivery orders have been equally as simple, with deliveries always being within the given timeframe. On the rare occurrence that they left items off the order, they were quick to put this right and I received the remaining items in record time. I'm not always a fan of greasy fish and chips but I've found the ideal alternative dish here- masala fish, which is amazingly delicious! In the meal, it comes with just the right amount of chips- enough to fill you up but not leave you bloated.
