Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I had a disappointing experience at Costa Coffee brookland recently. Despite being a regular customer, I was told I could only use one of my rewards—a free drink and a £3 drink reward—although I have used both simultaneously before. This inconsistency was frustrating.

Additionally, the store was uncomfortably cold, and when we asked if they could turn off the air-con, we were told it was boiling hot behind the till. The cold draft blowing on us made it impossible to enjoy our coffee. The staff's unfriendliness only made the experience worse.

Very disappointing service, I walked in 7.17 through the door they left open and asked politely if they let me use toilet and order coffee once they open, that’s just in 13 minutes. The only repeated answer like from tape was ‘we’re not open yet’. Well lady I was diving a long distance and I’m a diabetic, would be nice if you were just understanding towards another human being, not a robot.
