Went for first time hoping for a tasty fast food chicken experience. Used self service terminal which was difficult to navigate. After 2 basic meal orders wings /strips and a wopping £27 bill we waited for our fast food . We waited and waited as did about 5/6 more people . We were 6th in line but as basic order thought we would be quick . Then we waited more , saw diliveroo item’s prioritised so went to ask how long . Told they were understaffed and it would be shortly . If you pay full price being understaffed is not my issue and from what I saw the staff worked at a very slow speed and peoples orders after ours came out . anyway after more time how long, 2 mins the reply . Yeah I thought , fine to book taxi . Taxi turns up , still no food . How long we ask again , 2 mins reply . Guess what no food . Taxi meter running so asked for money back . Found a milkshake had been prepared which was stiring in side getting warm after 15mins. Was told it was fine !! . We really wanted to love this place. The staff are friendly although communication is an issue. We've ordered three times and twice the order was incorrect. The third time, we had to drive back twice because they'd got the order wrong, even after them repeating it back to us.

The last time we went in, the dining area was completely filthy - this was pointed out by a couple of people in the queue to the people behind the counter but in the 20 minutes I was there, not one of the many people working at that time took 2 minutes out to pick up the rubbish and give the tables a wipe-over.

It's past the point of teething issues now and we've just got to accept the fact the place is below par.

Edit: They seem to fall apart when there are more than 3 people waiting for food. They've been there for a while now so all this should have been ironed out but I waited 40 minutes for a few pieces of chicken after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. I had to watch every single phone call being picked up in the middle of finally getting my chicken together. Total shambles of...
