Favorite Chicken Greenleys — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I recently visited Favorite Chicken Greenleys and I have to say, I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who guided me through the menu options and recommendations based on their customer favorites.

The restaurant environment was clean and well maintained - I couldn't find any fault around hygiene or cleanliness. In terms of food, I ordered a mixed chicken platter, which was cooked to perfection with a delicious blend of spices, and had a crispy outer layer to my liking, which showcased their ability and experience in serving fried chicken to their customers.

The sides I opted for were fries and coleslaw - and those were incredible too. The fries were crispy and had a wonderful texture, while the coleslaw was a nice balance between creamy and crunchy. To add, they serve a variety of sauces from which you can choose & adjust based on your taste preference.

The service was prompt - my food arrived within minutes of ordering and packaged well for takeaway. The pricing of items on the menu is also very reasonable, giving customers excellent value for their money - there are even some bundle deals and offers available which can save you some extra cash.

Above all, the tastes left behind by Favorite Chicken Greenleys' sumptuous food made it a pure delight, and I would definitely visit again. The place also offers some seating options for its customers to enjoy their food on site.

Shocking service Ordered food at 20:20 and at 21:26 still hadn’t been delivered despite the estimated time being 21:10 and being told it was out for delivery. Rang the store at 21:26 and the guy on the phone could barely understand what we where saying and we had to repeat ourselves several times.... he then said I think it is out but didn’t check, we asked him to check and confirm as it is unacceptable to be told it is and still be waiting for over 20 minutes. He then said I can’t do anything I just take orders and hung up. Arrives at approve 21:40 however don’t receive any kind of apology or anything. The chips where stone cold and the chicken was dry and disgusting, wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! Never going to favourite...

This place has gone down hill unfortunately, used to be the best place around. They changed their chips quite a while ago to what tastes like cheap/poor quality. They should bring back the old chips.

I think cleanliness has also gone down! I recently got sick after having a wrap meal. Staff have become a bit lazy when it comes to cleanliness, I’ve seen the workers come from outside and not wash their hands before cooking/touching food. Also you shouldn’t be using your personal mobile phone then start touching food without washing your hands. They used to be really on top of things, but seems ownership have gotten lazy which is...
