Really appalled by the service of 2 new women serving at the deli. Have been coming to the deli for 10years and live up the road. No mask worn by staff making the sandwiches, asked if food was ready to which I got a snappy response, "you only ordered it 2mins ago" I annoyingly retaliated as the comment was so rudely toned, checked receipt it was 12, she shouted 7, either way not a couple. They then argued through the window for another 5mins, telling me they dont want my service anyway. Have never experienced customer service like it. Such a shame as it was always a lovely friendly local deli and as far as I know the owner still is who will hopefully get rid of that...

And served by the most wonderful staff, always a greeting on entry no matter how busy and they never stop smiling 😃.Full coffee/tea options for the caffeine heads out there .Food is amazing, too ! No corners cut on the quality of produce or portion sizes used a truly hidden gem in the Surrey hills. Plus the shop stock's chutneys, jams,crackers, biscuits, treats, etc and even has 2 well stocked Cook freezers if you just feel lazy as I did today.
