From my initial contact with Mark, he could not have been more helpful in arranging a surprise 50th dinner. Mark offered menu suggestions and themes, was happy to revise them based on my preferences, and he made the organisation, payment and entire process simple and straightforward. Mark and Zoe arrived on time, and was exceptionally well prepared, and whilst Mark busied himself in the kitchen Zoe was happy to help put the finishing touches to the dining room. The food was superb (shout out to Zoe for the home made bread), served effortlessly and in a relaxed manner which made the evening all the more special. At the end of the evening, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless - you certainly wouldn’t know that it had been used by such an amazing chef - and Mark and Zoe left us chatting with our guests. Met some friends here last week as one of the group is getting married and we had an appointment over the road at a bridal shop! What a lovely find!! So warm and inviting it was a nice surprise. I also had my baby and the staff were lovely and helped me park my buggy and sorted out a high chair. My 11 month tried the homemade soup and sourdough it was delicious as was my vegan chilli. The portions were a good size and my oat latte was up there as one of the best I’ve had! Also be sure to try their moist vegan brownie. I could not fault the place! We were recommended Rawcous Kitchen's supper clubs and took two friends along with us to one of the August dates. We were the first to arrive but others soon followed and the dining room was soon buzzing. After a glass of prosecco, we ordered a bottle of red wine which was both reasonably priced and very good. The food was delicious especially the vegan mozzarella which fooled us all - we were convinced it was the real thing! This was followed by a gazpacho before the main course of risotto arrived.
