First time I have used this Chinese, rang up and spoke to a nice lady, gave my order to deliver however I tried to explain I live in Fawley just round the corner but my house is hard to see, she assured me no worries it will b fine. Ordered my delivery at 5:11 and got told that it would be with me within half an hour. An hour and a half later I decided to ring up and ask where my food was. I then got told my delivery had not been put through the system and I had to re order and wait again. I waited another hour and they didn't deliver my second order.
