Found this little gem today and went to visit. What a friendly cafe with good quality coffee. Menu very good. Bought a slice of flapjack to take home. Mmmmmm lovely jubbly! The used goods store is set out very tidily, so you are able to shop. Some nice items available. Prices all round reasonable. We will be back ladies. Thanks

First time we visited, as we had the dog we couldn't go inside but they kindly offered to carry a table outside. Nice tasty fresh coffee with homemade cakes - what's not to like. Will be back.

The chapel provides a well supported facility for a variety of people which is not a problem for us. What is a problem for us and surrounding residents is the constant disrespect and inconsiderate parking of a number of the customers who use the facilities. If the car park is full or they cannot be bothered to drive through the gates, they think it is ok to park anywhere on residents frontages, both sides of the road and up Hawthorne road. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I had a Kia parked partly on my front verge and the rest on the road. This created a dangerous situation with traffic to and from Hawthorne road and traffic up and down Hammonds Green. Also after the recent weather our grass verge is getting damaged by constant disregard of people parking on it. We apportion no blame to the lady who is in charge of the chapel cafe as she has done her very best to alleviate the situation but...

Friendly staff, a simple range of good food for breakfast, lunch and anytime tea/coffee with cakes at strikingly reasonable portions and prices.

Very relaxed attitude - popular for Mum's & grandparents with pre-school children and place to hook up with friends for a chat. Nice area with small scale toys for play and pre-loved books, toys, clothes 'n' stuff for sale.

The building has retained many of its historical features, including the odd wall plaque - giving in sights into the past and witnessing to a vibrant strand of non-conformism prevalent across the New Forest.

Its well worth googlemapping this onto your must see bucket list. An easy diversion on route to the New Forest from Southampton or breaking you journey by leaving the M27 at...

Located in a quite spot, this place has its own parking so no hassles when you arrive. The menu options are well laid, with table service as standard. The staff is really helpful and polite.

I visited with family and was pleasantly surprised that nothing we asked for was too much for them - baby chair, veg options, or tweaking the sandwich that little bit extra.

Other than the excellent food, there is a charity hut at the rear garden. You can contribute at the main desk when you come in...
