Came in this morning for food. I very rarely am fussed about customer service but the staff were just quite rude. Walked up and they didn’t say hello or ask what I wanted etc. She was picking at something in her hands the entire time and didn’t look at me once to acknowledge me. Poor service today! Guy was too busy filling his forms out to listen to my order. Charged me £2.40 for what I thought was a meal deal Sausage cob and latte and then only give me a latte. I asked for the sausage cob which I thought he’d forgotten about and he then charged me another £2.45. Just paid couldn’t be bothered to argue....

Handy little Greggs, standard fare. Though got stung for nearly £6 for what I thought was a meal deal.

Had to knock another star off, return visit saw chocolate put on cappuccino when requested none and breakfast bun was hard and dry - you at least expect decent fresh bread...
