We arrived hear at 645 my self and a friend for an evening out the waiter sat us to our table gave us the menu at was back after 2 minutes to take our order . The food was amazing but before we had finished they stayed coming to take our plates 715 we explained we hadnât finished them he came back with take away trays and said sorry we have a party coming in . So we put our remaining food in takeaway containers and went to pay as there were other costumers waiting by the table . The costumers that were sat next to us we in the up coming party and they were apologising to us ..When paying we explain ed to the manager that we was not ready to leave as we had only been there 30 minutes and his reply was I have a party coming in and Iâm running a business and this isnât a social event ,I was very shocked my this and explained myself and my friend hadnât seen each other for a year . And we both travelled along way the manager was again very rude and started to shout again there was a lovely lady that was working there and she spoke to the manager and told him that itâs unfair what that he was kicking us out when we hadnât finished the then told her too shut up . My self and my friend had to wait outside for 50 minutes for my husband to pick us as he was not sheduled to come for us soo soon . This was my fist time in an Indian restaurant as had been looking fwd to it for some time . It spoiled the whole experience for us my friend who suffers from anxiety was very upset at the manager raising his voice to us , itâs such a shame as the food was amazing.    Read moreI recently had an outstanding dining experience at The Three Mughals, From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home.
The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to recommend dishes and ensure our needs were met throughout the meal. The food was the true star of the evening. Each dish was expertly prepared, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and the use of fresh ingredients were evident in every bite.
One dish that particularly stood out was the Chicken Shashlic Bagar â it was perfectly spiced. The naan bread was freshly baked and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The variety on the menu is impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences.
The ambiance of The Three Mughals added to the overall experience. It was a perfect blend of modern and traditional decor, creating a cozy yet elegant setting for our meal.
Overall, The Three Mughals provided an exceptional dining experience. If you're in the Newport area and looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend paying them a visit. I look forward to...
Read moreVisited this venue many time over the years, and on the whole had some very good and not so good experiences. As with most restaurants( not all) consistantcy is had to achieve, although really it's not hard to do so,.
That's what make a restaurant stand out.!
The three moguls, although it does a great job of making you welcome and service is second to none. The food can vary in consistency and taste from time to time, and a meal one week, will taste and look somewhat different in heat and presentation the next!.but this is not unusual for restaurants these days. But on the whole we enjoy and accept these inconsistencies. But I was shocked on this occasion, that the price for us as two couples was way higher than weeks earlier. Up by almost 30% . We normally have two coarse meal each with a bottle of wine approx ÂŁ110. On this occation we had a one coarse and drinks (no starters) ÂŁ120? Massive hype. Cannot understand this elevated cost. Also noticed quantity had diminished too? Nevermind. Instead of two visits a month...
