Rather disappointed, called in after touring around for the morning. Asked for a scone and was asked if I wanted it heated, I said yes. Got a cold scone which was very dry and stale. Latte was full of floating bits. My partner got a sausage roll which also wasn't great and the mocha was really just a hot chocolate.

Unfortunately we couldn't sit inside because of covid restrictions, but it was a sunny day at the outside tables so we enjoyed scones and tea in the fresh air and the staff were very efficient and friendly,we all had a great day out.

After a refreshing hike through the scenic Silent Valley, we stopped at the quaint Silent Valley Café for a well-deserved break. The cafe's warm atmosphere and friendly staff immediately made us feel welcome. We ordered a selection of delicious traybakes, coffee and a diet coke, all of which were presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. The cafe's location overlooking the valley provided stunning views, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Whether you're seeking a post-hike bite or a leisurely afternoon tea, the Silent Valley Café is a delightful spot to unwind and savor the beauty of the surrounding nature. There was also some hot food...

Great cafe, good selection of food and drinks. Wheelchair accessible and highchairs available. It was lovely to stop and grab something and relax, on the way back from our walk we dropped in again. Toilets inside.

The lady there was extremely lovely and attentive to my little one who just wanted to talk toddler talk to her. I had a toastie which was lovely, the baked goods were also good. A must stop when there or passing if your feeling peckish or needing a hot...

This cafe is in such a beautiful spot and could have plenty of potential for development. However after visiting yesterday with my mum we were so disappointed! I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and received a plain reformed chicken that tasted as if it was barely defrosted. The big lumps kept falling out. I emptied the chicken onto the plate and put the side crisps in instead. We both had cake slices which were dried out...
