Stayed here on their certified location for a weekend, have to say all the staff are friendly well presented and the location was perfect, would happily return and stay again. Went and asked if we could have a take away Sunday Carvery, this wasn’t a problem and not only that they actually delivered it to us in our motorhome. The food was great, everything tasted amazing and there was more than enough for us and the dogs (although they had to wait). So if you’re looking to eat here or stay don’t hesitate, I can’t recommend them enough 10 stars 🌟

Stayed here in our motorhome, there is a nice grassy field behind the pub, ÂŁ10 per night plus another fiver if you want electric hook up. Toilet and shower. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. We had the Wednesday lunch, which is 2 set courses for 6 quid. Lovely home cooked food, we had minced beef and onion pie, chips or mash, peas, carrots and gravy followed by apple crumble and custard.

First time I've been to this pub, went with and to watch my favourite band play, Relentless Rockabilly, The landlord and landlady were extremely friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Great atmosphere, friendly locals. The band went down a storm. Great night was had by all. Will definitely go again.

This review is for their campsite not pub. Position was great just outside of Lincoln and close to country park BUT We arrived on a very cold evening went in an paid and asked where to pitch. We were expecting electric hook up only to find give vans already on site and using all available hook ups. One van with a cable right across the field to the hook up on our pitch. Annoying when we had just paid for one! We asked what we should do but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Didn't even offer a refund for the electric part we had to ask for that. The lack of the hook up led to some real problems as it nearly flattened our batteries. These sites are supposed to have only five vans! To make matters worse one van remained...

Just spent four lovely nights at this fabulous CL right next to the Railway Inn. Not surprising as they own it. All details cited on CAMC web page are 100% correct. The welcome is second to none, the beer is spot on and the food is excellent. Comfortable seating area to enjoy a leisurely drink too. One mustn’t forget the super shower and toilet room. Great walks from the site and golf course was just up the road. Now if you really wanted your family to join you, there are four ‘chalets’ . Sadly no breakfast for them so they would have to join in yours. Loved watching the trains. The noise didn’t bother us at all but for some this may be something you wouldn’t like. We will...

A good "local" pub, good selection of beers and ales, friendly service, and ample parking to the front. Large garden to the back of the pub has a children's play area and also appears to offer Caravan/Camping area - though it does sit next to the railway line - so imagine an amount of noise is inevitable. There is also a small restaurant area, with further outdoor seating for diners, as well as some self contained accommodation to the side of the pub. Can't comment on the food, or what amenities the camping/caravan area offers, but overall had a good impression, and will definitely call in again when I'm...
