SFC South Shields — Restaurant in North Tyneside

Normally I don’t leave bad reviews and Support local Business. Had few times food from SFC South Shields. Food not always the great but ignored. As food in consistent in quality really hit and miss. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They stand behind after took order and laugh at you while preparing food and as you leave shops after collecting food. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Chicken was dry as hard rock need lion teeth to bite Chips packed with cold dips due to which swapped temperature. Pizza raw and under cooked and used low quality ingredients. Only good thing shop was clean. And decorated nice but selling EXTREMELY POOR FOOD. SUCH LOW QUALITY FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t need refund or any sort of compensation. Wouldnt even rate this place , if you could do a rating for potentional food poisoning then it would have 10 stars let alone 5. Bad experience most of the time. Their service is not customer oriented. I had to leave this review because of the attitude of the guy taking order. What a bad attitude this guy had and telling me having a bad day. It was Completely unnecessary and unacceptable and a whole cricket team wanted to have a good meal after a win but had to go somewhere else. This too place on the 15th May 2023 9pm.
