The Stag and Pheasant — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

We have used Achar for the last 4 months & have spent on average over £30 a week. The Meals have always been Tasty but over the last month the Service has declined massively. Portion sizes have decreased alot, The containers come & are only 3/4’s full now. Delivery time - Seems to be betweem 1.5 to 2 hours now. With us once waiting over 3 hours. Items are now missing from The order, Granted its only poppadoms normally But when you order & pay for them you should get them, What goods the onion salad & sauce with no poppadoms. Ive tried complaining on their website but never did get a reply. We gave them one final chance this weekend & nothing had changed, The food took 1.5 hours to be delivered, Food was cold, Portion sizes again 3/4 full containers, and once again poppadoms not in the bag. Overal food us nice when its warm but not worth all the problems. We will go else where...

I recently visited this charming pub under its new management, and I was impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that makes you feel right at home.

Sadly I can't rate the food or even the delivery service, I can tell you their dodgy ordering system has taken the money for food ordered and then kindly informed me the transaction has failed, BUT that they have taken the money. I've double checked, yes they have. How very wonderful for them! I've no idea what scam these people are running, I know I need to go on a diet but these robbing scum bags are taking the absolute piss! Save yourselves a lot of time order from somewhere that will deliver the food you order and pay for, not one that delivers fook all and...
