New Inn — Restaurant in North West Leicestershire

Sweet little pub with chatty bar staff and an 'antiquey' old world feel. The place is adorned with Irish memorabilia and mementoes brought back from Ireland. You could seriously spend an hour just looking at the antiques and bric a brac all over. There are lots of nooks for sitting having a private conversation or for a group of you to sit together. Some tables are out back for a country outdoor feel, and some (less) are out front on the pavement for summer evenings - some a bit close to the railings where cars whizz by. Very friendly family run pub. Warm welcome and Great bitter! Lovely and traditional with lots of trinkets around the walls and a Christmas gift room was an excellent idea. Although didn't have any food love the idea of being able to order a takeaway to be delivered and eaten with plates etc provided on Saturdays. Also pull up Vans on week days, great! Will be there again on my next visit...

The New Inn is a small family Irish pub and gives a very traditional feel with its decor. The selection of drinks is good and there are more soft drinks on offer than just orange juice and lemonade so this made a refreshing change!
