Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in North West Leicestershire

I'm a Starbucks girlie and the drive through is amazing. When got one from here on my wedding day. However this site isn't good. I've attended in the morning seeing 2-3 staff refusing to serve customers or open up. Now if this was just at 5:30 there advertised opening time not an issue, give them a minute. When this is an hour after they start that takes the piss. I used to go here a few times a week, which has reduced to the a couple and now I dont think I'll go back. The service like 2 years ago couldn't fault, issue with the till they'd say and apologise, now they just ignore you even if you're standing at the till to pay. If you've gone through the open drive through you site there for 20 minutes before driving away. If there's an issue say, don't just hide in the kitchen when you have forgotten to lock the door, or we've gone to the door at 7am and don't wanna deal My orders have been wrong so many times now as well. I don't know if there's a new manager this past year and that's why the service has gone down the toilet but it really needs looking at, cause this site is shocking. A spacious, open-planned Starbucks layout, and much better than expected, as far as Service Station-based establishments are concerned. Nice high ceilings too. Unfortunately, it's still full of businessmen and women who think they have the right to sprawl out with their laptops, and openly discuss confidential matters (and other such s**te) as loud as they can to make themselves feel important. It's also easy to spot who's having an affair. The couple I encountered while waiting for my drink on Friday, couldn't have made it any less obvious. You wouldn't need Columbo's help to figure that one out. Put it that way! My only other gripe is regarding the outdoor seating area. It's more of a "Smoker's Hide" than a welcoming area to sit and enjoy your drink, on a sunny afternoon. It also faces the petrol station forecourt opposite. Shame, but still. Overall, 3/5. Extremely disappointed with this Starbucks; honestly lets the branch down. The opening times are clearly stated online yet Everytime I seem to visit they’re closing up to 3 hours early. Just very disappointed that this is the Starbucks close to me because it makes me not want to visit anymore. You would’ve thought, as this Starbucks is in a service station, it would have to be open certain hours due to individuals travelling around. Ridiculous. On one occasion I pulled up at the drive-thru to order and waited around 5 minutes for the staff member to ask me what I wanted; instead of this all of the lights turned off and they closed.
