Apache Pizza Armagh — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Ordered a pizza at 7.23, 'received it at 9.05. Rang at 8.20 to be told their delivery van had broken down. I was informed my pizza wasn't even made and would be 20 minutes. My pizza arrived after 40 minutes, the delivery man apologised and said they were busy, no mention of a broken van. Why can't you send a text or email to inform your customers if there is a time delay, a common curtosy to let them know. After a lengthy wait, I was disappointed with the pizza, soft base and I had asked for an extra thin base, didn't get what I asked for. First and last pizza I will be getting from Apache Armagh.

Tonight we ordered a pizza and sides from apache Armagh for the first time. We got it delivered. Firstly this took over 1hr. Leaving it arrived at 8.40pm when it arrived it arrived there was cold reading 25 degrees we phoned to inform them of this and there only option was to get the meal re done and sent out again are a free drink this next time. We spent over £33 on the food. And getting it remade was no good as it was getting late and we would be going to bed by the time it would be back out again. Placed a order with Apache Armagh only to get burnt chicken wings and no garlic dip that I had ordered. Rung them to say and got repeatedly hung up up when I explained what was wrong. When I eventually got through for the THIRD time the girl had told me she would send the garlic dip out tomorrow, what good is the dip tomorrow when I got my food tonight😂 and tried to tell me my food was not burnt, did not want to hear anything I had to say. Besides that the pizza was rotten.Worst food, and by far the worst customer service I have ever received....
