We've been before mid week for coffee and thought we'd go back for lunch. Visited Saturday lunchtime of a bank holiday weekend. You have to wait to queue and felt like we were invisible, staff passing us and ignoring us. Locals coming in were shown a table before us. It was very busy (and very noisy) but there were still some tables empty. Eventually got seated and noticed people around us still waiting for food. Looked like we were in for an even longer wait to get an order taken let alone get served so just walked out. Queued to the door when we left. Appreciate it was busy but a restaurant should be able to cope with the numbers or at least explain to people coming in how long they are likely to be waiting. No food, no photos!
