Café Steinbeck — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Absolutely appalling service, was met by a lady mopping the floor and hour before closing time and asked for a high chair for my son, I was directed towards the toilet to go and get myself. It was caked in food and just sitting in the toilet seemed very unsanitary. We then sat down while the lady mopped around the floors and never spoke another word to us no sign of menus etc. While the other member of staff just continued to stare at us. After 5 minutes I eventually wemt up to order as it was clear there was going to be no one coming down to our table (we were the only people in the place) We were given tea with absolutely no spoons or sugar. This is a nice smallish cafe that serves Starbucks coffee.it has nice comfortable seating and is nicely arranged.i don't think its great for groups of more than 5 as quite small.it serves a basic range of wraps sandwiches and panini.tasty sweet options to go with your coffee and the staff are very friendly...
