I visited Hunters in Ballykelly today at 3:30 PM with my disabled mother, who is on crutches. Despite the place being completely empty, we were told that the sit-in area was closed because they were "cleaning to close," even though the official closing time is 5 PM.
It was extremely disappointing, especially as it took so much effort for my mother to get inside. Turning away a customer, especially one with a disability, well before closing time is unacceptable. This lack of consideration for customers' needs, especially those with mobility issues, was really disheartening. I expected much better service and understanding from a local business.
I hope they can improve their customer service and be more accommodating...

They should also not start cleaning the floor while customers are still eating. The rope they put up to close the back off is terribly poor servic when people are still in the area and if a customer pays and wishes to sit there they should be allowed to. Someone will stumble into the rope someday...
