Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I was very disappointed went into costa in Armagh think it’s unit 9 My friend n I ordered 2 lattes I seen sugar free syrup sittin out n pressed down to get a drop young girl with a lot of tattoos on her arm shouted out excuse excuse me at the top of her voice u av to pay for that!! mind u there was a lot of syrups sittin there pointing in the direction of the customers and I was surprised n embarrassed when she roared at me she had to get 60p extra for the shot of syrup was very surprised the syrups should not av been sittin there as I think this is false advertising service was very poor the attitude of the girl stinks I will never set foot in here again neither will my friend disgusting the way I was roared at A girl not happy in her job n I got...

I go here a lot due to location and convenience.... I'm not going to comment on the price of the food & snacks because that's an overall Costa issue. However in the Armagh store, staff can be very loud and not very professional... always 3-4 of them hanging around the till area having the craic whilst there are mulitples tables both inside and outside that could do with being cleared for people to sit down rather than having the customers move trays of dirty dishes themselves to other tables. This is a very regular occurrence and I put this down to poor management of the store itself. Starting to become convinced this place is terrible on purpose, visit regularly for the tasty coffee hence some stars for that, but as far as any organisation and general attention to supplies of things like types of sugar and cleanliness it just constantly seems like nobody cares, the front end always understaffed and slow whilst others hiding in the back room, especially the manager/supervisor who I've very seldom seen doing a stroke of actual work, perhaps the ordering of more sugar and deep discussions of love island are keeping them busy.. who knows.. real shame as I love their coffee but far to many little annoyances and unacceptable oversights building to make being a customer nearly as stressful as actually working there I...
