After receiving an 'Order Ready' text I called to the premises In Ashbury Bangor on Sunday evening 13th April to collect £120.00 worth of pizzas and sides for a party. When I arrived I was the only customer in the shop and there were 6 staff working behind the counter. A young man behind the service counter was on the phone, apparently holding for someone as there was no dialog going on. I stood for about 5 minutes with no one getting any form of decent eye contact with me at all. A second phone rang behind the service counter and a young man came forward and answered it at which point a simply said, 'seriously' and was met with attitude and abuse from the very same young man. I told him not to give me that attitude and asked why it was OK for him to answer a phone, presumably to a customer, but not serve a customer standing right in front of him who had been waiting 5 minutes to collect. A young woman then came forward, whom I took as the manager' and got my order sorted and onto the counter. I'm of the opinion that people who work in the hospitality industry need to actually know how to be hospitable and not rude and should, at least, have a general knowledge of how to treat customers with respect. I suspect that if he'd behaved that way in a restaurant he would have been taken off the floor immediately and either fired or put into the kitchen. It's almost as if the young people working there have no idea how to interact with a real human being. Thankfully the manager got everything sorted quickly and I went on my way but no apology for the young mans totally unacceptable behaviour and attitude. Very disappointing...

I then received a call 15 minutes later telling me that they didn't have any vegan pepperoni- why was this not stated on the app as unavailable? I then asked for extra veg on the pizza which was fine. When the order arrived we received part of someone else's order and my small veggie supreme pizza was missing. I phoned the store and received an apology and was told that they would get it sent out straight away. Over half an hour later I still hadn't received the order so phoned the store again and was told it was on its way. I then received a large pizza which was yet again the wrong order! The pizza I received was a replica of the medium pizza in the original order with a couple of random bits of ham on it?? I phoned the store AGAIN to again receieve another apology. By this stage it was late and I didn't want to wait for another pizza to be sent so I simply asked for a refund. I was told I would receive that within 5-7 days. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I logged a complaint on the website and was contacted via email by the store. I was offered a voucher for a free medium pizza? When I asked about the refund I had been promised I was informed that I wouldn't be getting one as I didn't provide photos of the order!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDidnāt get my food. Ordered Mac and cheese and the app said it was here, went outside to collect nothing was there even waited 20 minutes for it just incase it was late. Rung up they said they will send it again. Thought yeah ok sweet Iāll get my food, NO I DID NOT! The driver saw me, laughed, shook his head and drove off. Mind you at this point Iāve waiting around 1hr 30minutes for my food. This driver was in a red car, had blonde hair shorter than a Bob cut and glasses. Do NOT recommend this place! We rung up and the worker, Matthew told us he couldnāt do anything about it. I ordered this because my granny who mine you is 91 and in hospital, told me Tomorrow for her birthday she would want her favourite Mac and cheese. Now Iāve to go up tomorrow morning on her birthday and break the news that I didnāt get the Mac and cheese. God bless her the woman just wanted Mac and cheese....
