Domino's Pizza - Limavady — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Ordered food costng £36 and arranged collection. Not only would the voucher code they offered not work, but when the food was delivered order was wrong due to misleading description of a garlic bread pizza. When I spoke to Alex during my two attempts to resolve the issue I was told to read the ingredients which by this means what was used to cook this food and not a drop down option to remove ingredients. I explained could he not resolve this matter and reissue another garlic bread pizza as he had advised me incorrectly and he told me no and if I had an issues I should contact HR and complain . Dominos is usually a solid option for dinner...However. Last night after ordering on the app and arriving on time when it told me "ready for collection" I was told it would be a few minutes then I waited just shy of an hour before been given a "free" 330ml can of coke and being told my pizza had to be remade with no explanation as to why. When a margarita pizza comes cold hard and tastes like cardboard you know it's bad . Looked like it was made last week... its the most basic pizza to make and its a massive fail. Prices don't match the food your provided with and your left feeling absolutely robbed
