Herron's Country Fried Chicken Comber — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

My wife and I went into herrons in comber on the 24th march for a takeaway I asked for 4 pieces of chicken and chips x2 for myself and my son and a fillet burger and super chip for my wife I was told I can't have a 4 piece meal I would have to buy 4 two piece meals I questioned the girl and was told that s the only way I could have 4 pieces of chicken also my wife's order was charged as a fillet burger meal that I never asked for in total the order came to £36,15 a total disgrace for myself my wife and 9 year old son we could have went for a pub meal and sit in comfort all I wanted was 4 extra pieces of chicken and ended up being forced to buy extra to get the original order I wanted which was dumped in the bin ie fizzy drinks we don't like and extra chips it was a complete waste of money the service was terrible I questioned the girl on the price and was told that's the way it is basically take it or leave it so we definitely will not be using herrons again which disappoints us it will be KFC from now on I wait a...

As soon as we walked through the door there was no atmosphere. Not even a hello from anyone behind the counter. Customer service was non existent. Took our order for one Kebab and a wrap and two drinks. Came to £36.60. I thought was very dear and asked for receipt. Got the order completely wrong. Explained the order again. Only gave us about £5 back which was still very expensive, but didn't want to ask again. Not even a sorry from person at counter for overcharging and getting order wrong. Worker had to ask a third time what we were getting. When we got our order, the cheese on the Kebab had just been thrown in the corner. And the wrap had no sauce, and full of onions which I did not ask for and absolutely hate. Would've took it back in but was just fed up...

Absolutely disgusting customer service in this place. Not overly familiar with the place or the menu as this was only my second time visiting and was met with borderline disgust by a member of staff for not knowing what the side order options were. My first experience was much the same, with extremely rude staff, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back but it was to absolutely no avail. Not one of the people who served me today have any manners about them whatsoever. As someone who works in customer service myself, I would lose my job if I behaved that way towards a customer.
