The food is great! We didn't have a reservation, but they got us a table. We only got the 2 main courses, but it's enough for our family. We got our little one the kid's meal, their kid's chicken bites are perfectly cooked "real chicken". You can tell, it's hand-battered real chicken nuggets. We got the roast beef and the turkey and ham. Food was all good!

First class lunch in what many, many, many years ago was my old primary school. We were well looked after and the kids enjoyed the schoolhouse burger and sweet and sour chicken though maybe a bit on the pricey side. I made new friends with the Chicken Maryland. Very tasty and the champ was excellent. Would go again.

A quaint little restaurant in an unexpectedly quaint village & an old school on top. Not the my last visit there as it all went well. Quality was good but the soup rather salty otherwise 5* staff friendly and caring. I can see why the win all the awards that they have. Well done and keep up the good work 👏

How this gets 4.7 blows my mind, all these reviews must have been written back when they served nice food, unfortunately that is no longer case.

I was here on Saturday evening with our daughter and the food was inedible and we had to send back all 3 meals, my daughter's chicken goujons were soggy and tasted weird, I also seen another customer sending back their Goujons, our mains were not much better, Yorkshire puddings were almost burnt, the champ tasted like someone drop washing up liquid into them and the gravy was so thick I could use it to hang wallpaper on the walls, I won't be going back unless they hire a new chef and kitchen staff along with updating their tired décor, very disappointing, the only positive was the staff were understanding and did not charge us for the...

Millside is simply 11 out of 10 from the friendly welcome to a fairly extensive menu in very nice surroundings .As a starter i had duck spring rolls x2 with a chilli sauce which was delicious and crisp my main was spicy preppared coated chicken with onion gravy which came served on a base of mash(and there is my only tiny miniscule complaint )i wasnt aware that this came with mash so i ordered a side of garlic potatoes however the dish was very tasty and i really enjoyed same.My wife had deep fried brie followed by medium ribeye steak and chips with bacon and mushroom sauce and a dessert of sticky toffee pudding with icecream which she thoroughly enjoyed as well .During the meal service was swift pleasant and non intrusive Definitely an enjoyable experience and very...

Staying at the Tullyglass for our 40th anniversary. Thought we'd give the Millside a try for a nice dinner. Not disappointed. The food was amazing, portions are huge, don't expect to have room for a dessert. Service was excellent, Ryan needs a special mention. Lovely guy with good local knowledge for a good walk after dinner, to aid digestion. Early bird menu doesn't skimp on portion size. Would highly recommend. Maybe the best meal out we have ever eaten. Not licensed, but...
