Order our food via the chippy app for delivery. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal. When recieved the chips where missing from the order. I rang up to be told they were too busy and i could get chips the next time i ordered. I didn't accept this as it was half my meal missing and even offered to come in to collect the chips. They eventually did redeliver my chips which i was thankful for but i dont think it is acceptable to be told they are too busy to fix an order that was wrong through their own mistake.
UPDATE WE HAVE ORDERED AGAIN AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED NO CHIPS, TOLD WE COULD GET THEM REDELIVERED BUT THE REST OF THE FOOD WOULD BE COLD BY THEN, TO BE TOLD THEY CANT JUST MAGIC A DRIVE TO DELIVER TO US. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TOWN. You can't even contact them...

My family and I love it when we get food from here but I do not know what is going on in that place today, we asked for 3 gluten free chicken boxes with a tub of curry, the food was fast enough but I’ve a feeling we got the stuff that had been sitting a wile as it was almost cold and it always does come really hot before but not today, then the other thing was the 3 curry tubs we asked for didn’t come as curry it was hot garlic mayo and I didn’t like it at all and even the mayo was warmer than the food, needless to say we didn’t even eat the half of it and if I lived in Limavady I would have took it all back but lesson learned I think I have to find another spot as am not going to give good cash for something I can do...

Food quality never used to be a problem, but the last few times we have ordered, the food has either been under portioned or over cooked. To say its the best chippy in the North is a bold statement as the are 2 Chippys we would rather have to get food from, Dominic O'Briens and McNultys.. far better food, priced a bit higher but at least you get what you pay for.
Really disappointed with The Chippy, as I believe the fact that getting an award for best chippy has gone to their head, must have been a year that McNultys stepped aside at the food awards.
Sorry for the poor review guys, but when you take my money for something and deliver the exact opposite of what's expected then the harsh review...
