Management need to do better. On Friday 12th of February I came in to store to get a coffee on my way to work, it was around lunch time and there was one member of staff on her own, I was at the back of a very long queue waiting outside, the poor girl had multiple deliveroo and uber eats orders as well as the long queue. During my wait some customers started shouting and screaming at her and you could see she was visibly upset and stressed. She ended up having to excuse herself to get in touch with her manager to ask him to come and help her in which he refused. When I got to the counter I asked if she was okay and she was on the verge of crying me along with other customers told her it was okay and comforted her as best we could. I have been a regular in this store for years now because it's my local, and in the last year or so it has gone so downhill and they treat their staff awful, you never see the same member of staff for very long and they are all unhappy when they are there. They are left by themselves all day long with no help from management in a very busy store.

The first time I came to patronise I thought their behaviour was a one off thing but the ladies (esp the older one with blond hair) has been rude but terribly nice to other older, white customers. I am black and you can see the difference in the service. I took my time to notice how she treated other blacks (I managed to witness 2ppl in the 4x I visited -I stayed for over 30mins for each visit) and it was unpleasant. They are unwelcoming. On my final time here ( as I would not be returning) the woman SCREAMED my order out.    Read moreI have just had my first Uber Eats delivery, it was very late being picked up the driver Mohamed seemed to be sat at McDonalds. It arrived very late and everything was stone cold. A latte, a Hot Chocolate and Toastie. Plus no Marshmellows or Purple one Sweet. I have tried and tried to ring the store can not get through. I expect a full refund as it was all totally inedible and drinkable. The driver never even apologised, but the store should never have sent the items out like that when they had been ready 35 minutes. This store is always disappointing, the staff are never good I was hoping the takeaway would be better but itâs not.
Just a catch up, no refund, no apology nothing. Uber just totally ignoring my complaints. I do accept this is also a shop issue as the items were obviously sent out 35 minutes after they were ready...
