Old Black Bank — Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Pub meals in a recently refurbished premises. Good food that was well prepared and reasonably priced. You can reserve a table or simply turn up and claim any free table, order at the bar. We had about a 20 minute wait but it was at a busy time on a Saturday so I consider that very good. There is a car park but at busy times it can be a lottery whether there is a space but you can usually squeeze in somewhere. I've been at various times over the years. Last time was for a quiz. The pub was very busy and I struggled to find a place to sit. Drinks are quite cheap. The quiz was enjoyable - I'd certainly recommend that (it is £2 per person, although their website said £2 per team). To be honest, I am biased. It is run by two friends of mine. I hope they do well. Have taken mother-in-law for a meal and she loved it. People are friendly and pub is clean and tidy.
