KFC Elk Mill - Central Retail Park — Restaurant in Oldham

16.13pm on 01/01/18 After queuing in one almighty queue for nearly 20 mins, we then spend nearly £20 on a 10 piece wicked variety bucket and a large gravy, drive no more than 2 minutes away to chadderton hall road and hey presto the food is cold, the chips are limp and cold, the gravy that has a sticker on saying prepped at 3.32pm is luke warm at best and on further inspection there are 3 hot wings missing(this isn't any surprise as the last time we went we had the same and on inspection when driving off, I noticed the wings missing completely, no surprise for the staff as they pulled a bag from the till area of the drive through, clearly knowing they were mine and handed them to me ), I have only ever known this particular KFC to have two decent members of staff, a young British Asian lad with a few gold crowns, who is excellent, I forget his name, the other I don't think works there anymore. What is difficult about serving fast food hot and counting to say 10. I challenge KFC to respond to this review as you clearly don't to any others and I will gladly come in and see your representative or 10 face to face as this is now beyond a joke, my order number is 4128 , If i don't get a response then this is...

Came to KFC Elk Mill today at around 8.30pm with my husband and two grand children. The resturaunt itself was in an appalling state overflowing bins, male toilet out of service and the tables were filthy and sticky. The staff behind the tills I could not fault you could clearly see they were working under a lot of pressure. The thing I was most concerned about is whoever was on the far back was openly and loudly discussing their own personal experiences of drug use which my two grand children had to over hear!! Once I over heard this I looked closer to the far back to see a unclean looking, shabbily working, boy/man no older than 23. Dark hair. I would of brought this matter to the manager however didn't feel it appropriate as I was extremely angry at the time and had two young children with me. Also the burgers were poorly wrapped, there was mayonnaise all over the packaging and an unevenly distributed amount of lettuce on each burger, there was no consistency what so ever even though we all ordered the same. As a well known and respected store I think it a shame, a degenerate like this should not go unnoticed!! Please remind this young man of your work places code...

Whats the point of a refurb when they get the most basic aspects of running a food outlet wrong. The food was not good at all, the fries were barely warm and limp and the chicken really really greasy, and they forgot my hot wings. Customer service is non existing in this place the Asian woman who took my order was just rude the way she talks to you as she take your order. Then takes your payment and the shouts "next " no please or thank you in the whole transaction. But the most shocking thing about my experience was how dirty the place was. Rubbish everywhere in the dinning area the bin was overflowing, dirty tables and greasy hand print everywhere. I was stood at the counter waiting for my food I seen a members of staff walk past a load of fries that was on the floor the bin was rigth next to him not one staff member made a effort to clean it up so i observed for a few minutes then I took some pictures to post and highlight the fact this place is a risk to the people who dine from Just think I seen all this from standing in front of the counter as a customer so I wonder what it's like in the kitchen were...
